Children as they grow they need to be often talked to with an intention of guiding them to become responsible and successful in life. Reminding them they are in their learning stages and efforts need to be put to achieve intended results is always our task as an organization. We reward their hard work and behavior and this helps shape their personality, self-esteem and self-confidence. Children are also involved in sports and as a way of encouraging them we also recognize their participation and efforts.  We reward a few of them with personal gifts and also reward many with gift of praise. We must say our involvement with schools in rewarding pupils and group talks creates a positive atmosphere of motivation and discourages bad behavior.
